Jean-Émile Verdier — Johanne Gagnon. Moments d’atelier

For more than a decade, Johanne Gagnon has designed and presented space layouts. In this publication Moments d’atelier, we wish to draw attention to the importance of the remarkably coherent approach which the artist aptly summarizes as a ceaseless exploration of the artistic act in the guise of an architectural project. This publication by Expression and Plein sud thus completes the two solo shows previously presented by Johanne Gagnon at these two venues: Le fruit, sa ligne, from March 18 – April 13, 2003, at Plein sud, and Moments d’atelier, 1990-2003, from June 7 - August 3, 2008, at Expression.
